Custom Progressive Die Stamping

Performance Stamping Co., Inc. custom progressive die stamping services, using our 600 ton stamping press, are available and ready for any progressive stamping needs. We can handle parts measuring up to 144" x 42" (3657.6 mm x 1066.8 mm), with material up to 0.250" (6.350 mm) thick, working to a tolerance of +/- 0.003". Our facility will take on J.I.T. delivery schedules and Kan-Ban inventory programs, and can produce in any required volume, from 1 unit to one million.

We produce many different types of components, including bracketry, store fixtures and POP displays, and gaskets. Our capabilities also cover applications like fencing, industrial pumps, industrial racking, and many other products. Our engineers can assist with consulting for design and product development, as well as engineering and failure analysis. Materials that we work with run the full range from aluminum and brass to stainless steel, spring steel, sheet metal, and titanium. We can accept product drawings in nearly any digital format, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MasterCAM. For more information, contact Performance Stamping.
