Custom deep draw stamping

Featuring a deep draw stamping machine with a 300-ton press capacity, capable of producing draws up to 5", Performance Stamping LLC custom deep draw stamping services are suited for a wide variety of applications, materials, and products. We can handle parts up to 0.104" thick (12 gage/2.641 mm) and weighing up to 20,000 lbs. We serve industries from HVAC to appliance to military, with a specialization in the automotive industry. Components that we have manufactured using our deep draw stamping press include exhaust, suspension, and hose assemblies, as well as housings for electric motors and floats for industrial pumps.

    Materials that we work with include 200, 300, and 400 series stainless steel, sheet metal, bronze, brass, and ferrous, among many others. We meet ASTM, RoHS, and mil-spec standards, and are ISO 9001:2015 /  IATF 16949:2016 registered. Custom progressive die stamping

Performance Stamping LLC custom progressive die stamping services, using our 600-ton stamping press, are available and ready for any progressive stamping needs. We can handle parts measuring up to 144" x 42" (3657.6 mm x 1066.8 mm), with material up to 0.250" (6.350 mm) thick, working to a tolerance of +/- 0.003". Our facility will take on J.I.T. delivery schedules and Kan-Ban inventory programs, and can produce in any required volume, from 1 unit to one million.

    We produce many different types of components, including bracketry, store fixtures and POP displays, and gaskets. Our capabilities also cover applications like fencing, industrial pumps, industrial racking, and many other products. Our engineers can assist with consulting for design and product development, as well as engineering and failure analysis. Materials that we work with run the full range from aluminum and brass to stainless steel, spring steel, sheet metal, and titanium. Compound and blanking die stamping

As a provider of compound and blanking die stamping services, Performance Stamping LLC capabilities include a 600-ton press capacity with a speed of 150 SPM. We specialize in manufacturing products for the automotive industry, such as transmission linkage components and seat components. Our press can stamp parts up to 84" x 48" (2133.6 mm x 1219.2 mm), meeting precision tolerances of +/- 0.003".

    We work with a wide array of materials, including tool steels, Inconel, copper, bronze, and nickel. In addition, we can work with non-metals like PTFE, leather, rubber, and PVC-coated materials. Our compound stamping machine can handle material thicknesses up to 0.375" (9.525 mm), with a 20,000 lb. coil handling capacity.

    Our stamping capabilities include coated, countersunk, flat, heat-treated, strain relief, and tapped features, and we also offer finishing services from deburring and plating to welding and powder coating. To meet any production need our customers might have, we will produce in quantities from 1 unit up to millions of pieces annually. We can also operate J.I.T. and Kan-Ban inventory and delivery schedules when required.
